Refunds and cancellation

This notice describes when Releasevectorgrid returns fees for App Analytics programmes. It applies once a place has been confirmed in writing. Browsing this site creates no payment and therefore no refund. Statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law are not affected where they apply.

Eligibility

A full refund is available if you cancel a Lattice Seat, shorter seat, or Chamber Counsel in writing before the first live session (or, for a Gallery Pass, before we send access credentials). We also refund in full if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a dated alternative you accept.

Timeframe for asking

Write to info@releasevectorgrid.digital. We count the request from the working day we receive it. Cooling-off for consumers, where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to a distance contract, is fourteen days from the day after confirmation — unless you asked us to start teaching during that period and acknowledged that you may lose the right to cancel for the portion already delivered.

Full or partial refund

After a Lattice Seat has begun, a partial refund may be offered for unused live weeks if you cancel at least seven days before the next session, minus a £180 administration amount and minus any weeks already taught. Gallery Pass access, once credentials are sent, is not refunded except where the files never arrived and we cannot repair access within five working days. Chamber Counsel is refunded pro rata for unused quarters if you cancel with thirty days’ notice; emergency reads already used are not returned.

Non-refundable items

Posted grammar cards, once dispatched. Visiting-critic tickets we have already paid on your behalf. Places forfeited after removal for recording a session without consent or for harassment. Vendor licences you bought yourself were never our fee.

Process

Send the confirmation email, the name on the place, and whether you want a refund or a transfer to a later cohort. We reply within five working days with the calculation. Transfer to a later Lattice, if seats exist, is usually kinder than a partial refund; we will say if it is possible.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are paid within fourteen working days by the same method you used to pay us (bank transfer in pounds sterling is typical). We do not send cash. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are yours.

Cancellation by us

If illness or a closed room means we cannot teach, we offer a new date or a full refund of unused fees. We do not compensate travel you booked to a remote programme.

Exceptions

If you submitted personal data of end users you were not entitled to process, we may end the place without refund of weeks already taught, and we may retain what the law requires. Force majeure that stops both of us from meeting will be handled in good faith; unused fees are still returned.
